I think that the basic idea of the solution to your problem is
probably going to be to feed the indices of whatever pixels you want
in an ROI to ENVI_DEFINE_ROI (after setting up the ROI with
ENVI_CREATE_ROI). Getting those indices probably isn't all that hard
either, it just depends on what you mean by "clusters" :)
