This is really weird. Just another development you should
know about. :-)
I'm on a Windows machine that just has IDL installed.
I have the IDL workbench running on the right-hand monitor,
and it displays windows on the left-hand monitor. The
graphics window is behind my e-mail and help windows on
the left-hand monitor. I type "WSHOW" in the IDL command
window, and the window jumps forward. Whoa!!
I bring my e-mail window forward and try it again. Nothing.
Huh!? I haven't been able to get this to work since. Has anyone
heard the rumors about life on Mars? I think they are here. :-(
