G'Day David,

I'm relieved to hear that you're not completely leaving the best
usenet group on the Internet. Our MRI physicist made transition to
Java a few years ago and I have recently started some work extending a
Java DICOM parser (DCM4CHE) to do useful things. I've known Java for
nearly 10 years and I haven't seen any other language which is more
verbose nor easier to understand.

I probably sound like your wife but, exactly how many times have you
promised to stop being an IDL consultant?

Thanks for all your help and for helping my students when I'm a lousy
teacher.
