It's unclear to me what you mean by this (what significance level are
you referring to?). If you are wanting to select a subset of the data,
using WHERE in combination with an appropriate significance test to
filter the data beforehand may work. Exactly which test to use depends
on what kind of data you are trying to use to calculate the
correlation coefficient.
