I think so, too.
But it does not appear to inlfuence this problem whether the binsize
is set.

Histoplot, Dist(256), binsize=5, xrange=[0, 191]
Histoplot, Dist(256), binsize=5, xrange=[0, 192]
There is still the porblem about the range of X and Y axis.
