idl.el version 1.29 is available at:
;; ftp://fermi.jhuapl.edu/pub/idl_emacs/idl.el
;; ftp://eos.crseo.ucsb.edu/pub/idl/idl.el.Z
idl.el is an intelligent editing mode used in GNU emacs (or xemacs)
for your ".pro" files. Read the comments at the beginning idl.el for
information about features, installation and customization.
This version fixes auto-fill and paragraph filling for comments.
I have used it very little with xemacs. I know that the imenu stuff
does not work with xemacs, but I think that everything else does now
that I got the easymenu code straightened out.
You can also get idl-shell.el at the same ftp sites. idl-shell.el
runs IDL within an emacs buffer. It provides for command editing and
history as well as ".pro" debugging features.
If you have any problems or find bugs please let me know.
