OK, I found the MAKE_DLL procedure and I tried that:

cd, '.', dir
make_dll, 'serial', 'serial', ['COMM_OPEN','COMM_CLOSE'],
input_dir=dir

It doesn't work but maybe this is the correct way. I have a lot of C
compilation problems....
