Command:

mod02.pl Aqua/A20100415-1155 A20100415-1155 listfile.txt
quarterdegree.gpd chanfile.txt

with listfile.txt quarterdegree.gpd chanfile.txt all available within
Aqua/A20100415-1155 A20100415-1155 as symbolic links to the actual
files.
