OK, so I find the New Repository button and try to attach
myself to the code repository. But I get an error, presumably
because I don't have a SVN connector library installed. I
guess this must be what I failed to install before, when
I didn't understand what to choose and canceled out of
the dialog.

I can't find that dialog again, so I don't know how
to choose one of the options. Well, and even if I did
choose, given my luck today, it's not going to be the
right choice! Do you have an suggestions for what the
right choice should be? I'm on Windows 7, 64-bit, running
Subversion 1.6.16 according to my TortoiseSVN information.
