I had originally planned to have a Programming iTools chapter in Modern
IDL, but dropped it because I couldn't get my older examples working
with IDL 8.0. There is a Using iTools chapter, but that does not cover
writing your own classes to extend iTools capability, only scripting
existing capabilities.
