There are a lot of potential meanings to this question. Integer
data? Integer model and data? Integer parameters? Poisson maximum
likelihood?

I think that from a purely theoretical standpoint, least squares is
predicated upon real-valued data and parameters, so I'm not sure the
question will have a rigorous answer. Let us know what you find.
