Two clarifications:

The data would appear to be where it should be. For instance, I know the
uptick in SYM-H is seen at the same time as the uptick in AL/AU, so I
can confirm that the lines are on the same timescale; it's just the
scales/tickmarks IDL is drawing which are wrong. The data's fine!

> julMinor = 6

This is 'xMinor' in the code.
