It looks totally screwy to me.

I've never had much luck with focus or tracking events. So much so that
I've pretty much given up using them. But, this is particularly bad.
What good are keyboard focus events AFTER the fact!?

I presume these events were added to address a problem. Maybe we aren't
using them correctly. Can someone enlighten us as to how they can be
used?
