Ha! I was going to go with the boring old:

Man: "Doctor, it hurts when I do this."
Doctor: "Well, don't do that!"

I'm going to cogitate on how to use the phrases 'numbery things' and '(4
+ "atrocious")' in my near-future interactions with colleagues....
