I remember reporting this one to VNI about 16 months ago using PV-WAVE
on Windows NT 3.5. I can't remember what I did to cause the window to
lose its management (if only I could do the same). VNI blamed Windows NT
for it. I couldn't reproduce the problem under Linux, so I let it go. It
looks like it may be an NT problem, but with the underlying commonality
of IDL/PV-WAVE code ...
