You may want to try this program:

It will allow you to specify the size of the gaps between plots, the size of the margins, and other things.

You can also try the [XYZ]MARGIN keyword to the Plot procedure.

Lastly, you can to play with ![XYZ].MARGIN and ![XYZ].OMARGIN. ![XYZ].MARGIN is a global setting for the [XYZ]MARGIN keyword above. Personally, I would avoid messing with these system variables, though.
