I'm currently working with MODIS data and i've been having some trouble with several aspects of the steps I need to take.

MODIS09GA product include MODIS_Grid_500_2D data and 1km Reflectance Data State QA data.State QA data is a one-dimensional matrix of 28134485,instead of a two-dimensional matrix of 2400 rows,2400 columns.

However,I don't know the matching between MODIS_Grid_500_2D and 1km Reflectance Data State QA data.Besides,State QA data doesn't have projection information.
