Dear David,

also from my side, thank you so much for all what you've done or the IDL
community and to Coyote for his non-negligible contribution to my PhD ;)

As a PostDoc I have made the transition to Python (the Enemy!) and I
don't regret it; but I don't regret the 5 years I spent using IDL and
the Coyote Libraries either - I learned a lot!

I think that your website should stay up though, and I hope someone will
take over...
