Thanks for your long service to the IDL community, not only in your role as an IDL trainer back in the RSI days but more importantly, as a strong advocate for IDL. Even though we sometimes disagreed about the best graphics system (function graphics, by the way!), your website and contributions to comp.lang.idl-pvwave were always immensely valuable.
