Good morning,

I'm reaching out to this group with a tremendous opportunity. I have a client who is hiring four remote software engineers, focused on the development of code and algorithms for the extraction of information.

These positions are fully remote, interview process handled over Skype and phone. Pay will be commensurate with experience, and is up to $150,000 per year for these roles.

These engineers will create algorithms generally written in Interactive Data Language (IDL) and/or C++ to extract the required information for computer vision, machine learning, autonomy and analysis.

Duties of the position include algorithm development, troubleshooting, assessing, and resolving software bugs and writing new code as well as modifying existing programs and data pipelines. We are seeking candidates with good communication skills who is are innovative problem solvers, detail-oriented, and team players.

Desired Skills and Experience

B.S. in IT, Math, Engineering, or Physical Sciences, M.S. preferred
5 + years with the IDL and/or C++ programming language
5 + years programming experience performing data analysis
3+ years of working with LiDAR data
3+ years of working with Hyperspectral data, a plus
3 + years with GIS software, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop, a plus
