I used OPLOT procedure. But there was no log scale option there.

No need. OPLOT uses the existing plotting scale. If you PLOT'd with a logarithmic scale then OPLOT will re-use that scale.

If you are asking, how to you overplot logarithmic data points on an existing LINEAR plot, well that's a little more complicated.
