IEPA Presents Debauchery Award to Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake

Chairman Emeritus Wily E. Coyote of the IEPA this morning
announced that Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake, strippers...
uh, sorry...singers, were unanimously selected as honorees
for the 2004 IEPA Debauchery Award.

"It is unprecedented", said the Chairman, "that the award
would be presented even before the IEPA annual dinner in
October, but the members just felt nothing they could do
could top this." In addition to a year's supply of Fruit
of the Loom skivvies, the winners also received free
personal use copies of IDL for the next two weeks.

Past winners of the award wish to remain anonymous.
