Yeah, it was too crotchety. But I had just finished dealing
with an e-mail from someone who wanted me to read a data
file and the only thing he told me about it was that it was
in binary format! Sheesh!

We can be reasonably sure, when no description of the
"problem" is provided, that the "problem" is the
programmer. So, with 95% confidence, the problem is "you". :-)

P.S. There is always the possibility that a description
of the problem could reduce the confidence factor significantly.
