Hi,

I wonder how I can change the aspects of axes in polar plot.
about azimuth, I think the current setting in IDL starts from East (0)
and goes anti-clockwise but I want it started from North and
clockwise, i.e. North (0 and 360), East (90), South (180), West (270).
i managed to do that with NewAspectAzimuth= -azimuth + pi/2 , but I
want to know how I can do that with setting the axes in IDL.
About Z axis, I want it moved to center of plot that in this case the
ceter of plot will be the zenith angles=0.
