I have been fiddling around with the CGM device in IDL v4.0.1b and
there are a few things that seem odd to me... for one thing, it seems
odd that I cannot find a way to change the resolution of the device...
it by gum wants to ne 32768x32768. Is this the nature of CGM, or is it a
feature of IDL's implementation? Perhaps I am merely clueless....
I'd like to make a plot that isn't 19 inches square on occasion :)

Gee, this makes me feel like a newbie again :) Are there any helpful
souls out there with some IDL CGM (or maybe I just need CGM ) experience
that can tell me how to use IDL to make a CGM file of arbitrary size?
