I am interested in using IDL to display 24-bit satellite images
on a Sun workstation. After a very brief search, I have found
24-bit video boards for Suns (S-bus slot) are available from
Parallax, RasterOps and Sun.
Is there any one out there who has experience in this area?
I would be interested in any comments on hardware, hardware
that I am not aware of, how IDL interacts with the hardware and
anything else that might be relevant.
