This is a test message to this newsgroup originating from within the
Goddard domain. I administer one of three news servers from within
Goddard and I am testing the output funcitons. I also have received a
writeup that posting to this newsgroup from within our domain has been
unsuccessful.
This is a test and only a test. Readers are encouraged to reply to my
email address here and at sgabriel@cne-odin.gsfc.nasa.gov. Your
responses will verify my test is successful.
Of course, If I do not see a reply, then I can assume it failed.

domain within a day or two. Goddard readers are also encouraged to
rely using the local email address.
