I'm running emacs 20.3.1 on an ultra 60. I want to use idl-shell to run
idl 5.1.1. When I start up the idl-shell, I get the error message

Process idl exited abnormally with code 1.

The same configuration works on a different machine with idl 4.0.1.
Anyone know what I should do to get the idl-shell to work?
