I've been creating some data plots using map_set to generate an
arbitrarily-centered orthographic projection. Is there an
(easy) way to draw a circle around the globe produced by this
map_set call? It looks slightly incomplete without one. There
doesn't appear to be a keyword to allow this. The /border keyword
simply draws a border around the entire plot region.
