Why does !D.x_px_cm change from 40 (what it used to be in PV~Wave 4.0)
to 32.7273, when I open the first window on device,'x' in PV~Wave 4.2?

And why the silly & annoying change of command names: HELP -> INFO, ? -> HELP?

Finally, how can I read the Frame-Viewer help? After PV~Wave has chosen
a private color map, all I get is white text on white background, not
very helpfull.
