Not that we'll find too many uses for such a mouthful, but indeed the
noun is a direct derived form, as indicated in the original definition.
The fact that it has another meaning in another hemisphere is not
surprising. Perhaps it makes sense though, as in "before you become
ancient , archaic , obsolete , and old, sock away a pension". The full
frontal honesty of Oz.
