Hi all,

I am working with PV-WAVE (what?) on RH7.1. I have developed some routines
that use, what they call, hardware fonts. These are just the fontsets of
the X environment. I prefer to use:

-schumacher-clean-medium-r-normal-*-*-160-*-*-c-*-iso8859-1

This is working just fine on the RH7.1 machine, but now I want to use the
routines on a computer running RH7.2, and it doesn't work anymore.
PV-WAVE doesn't seem to be able to find them, nor does gfontsel. Besides
that RH7.2 has it's fontmap moved from /usr/share/fonts/fontmap to ,err,
somewhereelse/fontmap2, I only found a peculiarity with chkfontpath.

Can someone running 7.2 check and see if he/she has

7: /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi
8: /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi

These are missing from my path. I do have
1: /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi:unscaled
2: /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi:unscaled

but I believe one has to have them both.

Thank in advance. Please reply to sDOThulst@chelloDOTnl
