That site seems to be a little erratic, but it is possible it will
come back up. I did make a local copy a year or two ago on my own
site which may be useful:

ftp://cow.physics.wisc.edu/pub/craigm/ana3.tar.gz
ftp://cow.physics.wisc.edu/pub/craigm/anadoc3.tar.gz
