doc on calling Fortran routines? [message #2204]

I need to find out how to call Fortran routines from IDL. Yes, I know
it's in the faq. However I have been unable to ftp to the listed site,
esrg.ucsb.edu. Can anybody tell me where else I may get hold of this
file?
