Can C call the function in IDL? [message #35966]

Hi, there,

We know that through dynamic loadable module(DLM), we can build
function in C and call it in IDL.

My queation is:
Can C call the function in IDL? There are some functions build in IDL
very efficient, such as label_region, can I call it in C?

Any one has experience on that?
