I recently upgraded Adobe reader to version 6 and since then I get an
error message indicating that I need to rebuild the IDL manual's
index. How does one go about doing this or finding a version that
works with V6 of the Adobe Reader for Mac OS X?

I was going to ask about a web based manual, but I see that this is
almost a FAQ. Any update on if or when an up-to-date html version will
be available?
