Remember that everyone here in the NG is jsut a volunteer, while your
someone@mathworks.com gets paid 8 hours a day fro helping you. My schedule
is getting more and more busy and I find hardly time to read the NG. Also,
should you not get an answer (happened to me too), it may well be that your
question is so exotic that noone has dealt with your particular issue
before.
