streamline plots in IDL [message #264]

I need to generate streamline plots--plots that look like contour plots but with arrows to indicate a direction of flow. Unfortunately I can't convince the people
here that what they really want is flow fields like those generated by the user
library routines velovect or vel.

If anyone out there has done streamlines, I'd appreaciate your help!
