My array is DATA[x,y,v,t].
I am only interested in surface mmts, so I take
SUBDATA=reform(DATA[*,*,0,*])
I have a list of locations LOC[x,y], such that
LOC_X=LOC[0,*]=[2,4,6,9]
LOC_Y=LOC[1,*]=[1,4,5,7]
I want to extract a time series from SUBDATA for each pair in LOC.
Can this be done without a loop?
