After upgrading to 6.1 I think the help functionality has become
significantly worse! In principle it may seem as an advantage to use
the PDF documentation but for my use this now has become very, very
awkward to use when there is a little bit of load on the Unix computer
I'm running idl on. Is it because of the size of the PDF documentation
or have we possibly installed the 6.1 version wrong in some way? To run
the idl programs goes just as before with or without heavy load on the
computer (of course a bit slower with large load) but to scan the PDF
Help has become almost impossible. Very frustrating I must say. Is
there a way around this? Or has this already changed in the new 6.2??
