How to record IDL animations to MPEG? [message #3138]

Can anybody suggest a way to record my IDL animations to MPEG files?

I create animations of model output using XINTERANIMATE in IDL, and would
like to be able to record them so they can be shared with colleagues who
don't have IDL or distribute them over the net via WWW.
