Middle mouse button under Windows? [message #3164] Wed, 23 November 1994 11:49

We're running RSI IDL 3.6.1 under windows 3.1.1 and have run
into the middle mouse button problem. Unfortunately our
laptops have only a two button trackball and these emulate
the 1st and 3rd buttons of a UNIX mouse. Mac's usually
have an emulation for the middle and right buttons from the
keyboard, and I understand Windows has one for the middle
(using both buttons down together). This is not honored
by IDL - how do you access the middle mouse button under
IDL using a two-button mouse?

Thanks.
