Folks,
Greetings from Wimbledon, site of this summer's annual
IEPA summer-fest. More news will follow later on my web
page, but just so you don't have any doubt's about it,
Nadal is for real and Federer is from a completely
different planet! I have never, ever, seen tennis balls
hit harder.
Now that I know how far I have to go, I think I am giving
up my dreams of becoming a professional tennis player and
returning to my day job. :-(
Cheers,
David
P.S. A summer trip of a life-time has turned into an adventure.
I'll be heading to Benin, in West Africa, soon on my continuing
quest to bring IDL knowledge to every corner of the world. I hope
to keep in touch, but the Internet connections are becoming
harder and harder to find at the same time the stories are becoming
more and more interesting. And, in any case, I am *suppose*
to be working on my French lessons, not writing articles. :-(
