Hi all,
if I want several objects (plots, images, ...) in an iTool and move them
around freely (say, to create a printout with several pieces of data on
it), do they all have to be in their own view?
I guess the problem is I don't fully understand the iTools hierarchy.
What are the different components (window, view, visualization layer,
data space) for? The iTools Developer's Guide (pg. 35) says each view
can contain one *or more* visualization and annotation layers, but I
haven't found a way to insert an additional visualization layer in a
view. I can insert several data spaces in a visualization layer, but
somehow they are on top of each other and I can't separate them. Can
somebody give an example when I would use several data spaces?
Thanks for any insight,
Benjamin
