Wanted: Read/write SGI RGB file procedure. Other formats nice too. [message #3847]

Wanted: procedures to read and write SGI RGB format image
files. IDL or PV-Wave procedures would be nice, but
simple portable Fortran or C will do just fine.

BTW: if anyone has any other IDL or PV-Wave image file reading/
writing procedures, other than those that are part of the user
libraries of IDL and PV-Wave, I would love to have them.
