I am working in a research institute where IDL is installed on a common server and the front-end are installed on PCs.
I use Cygwin utility for my work. I installed R in Cygwin and there are C++, perl and compilers in it too.
Similarly, I want IDL in Cygwin. I would like to know how can the front end be installed on Cygwin?
