No, I already have that. I was thinking more along the lines of M-x
idlwave-comment-this-routine that would then scan at the code
determine the
params, and keywords and query the user for information about each one
in the
mini-buffer. I assume it would ask for routine description, input/
output,
optional/required, type, default value, return value and then fill in
the
header automagically like in eclipse.

If I was only more comfortable in elisp (and had more free time).
