anyone consider that, or (as it seems to me) is it entirely impossible to
ever get information about the second monitor?
Of note, only one monitor has a task bar.

(I typically am in an extended desktop that is 1600x950 and 1600x1200, I.e
3200 by 2145 )

IDL> help,/device
Current graphics device: WIN
Screen Resolution: 1680x945

(even when running on the other monitor)
