It's not really possible to say what's wrong without seeing that file. But, I'd guess is that IDL is looking for a file named: named_structure.pro and cannot find it in your path. So, you need to either find the file or update your path to "see" this file. If you're using Mac or Linux, then you just need to update your IDL_PATH in your login file (ie. the .cshrc or .tcshrc or .bashrc etc.). But if it's windows, then someone else will have to help you... Sorry.
