Unable to read file with H5F_OPEN [message #83670]

Hi,
I always used H5F_OPEN to open HDF file and never had any problem until I was trying to open a lot of them consecutively. It happens that randomly it stop on a file and I have this error: "H5F_OPEN: unable to open file: name_of_file".
Did any of you have that problem before ?
